I’m so excited to work with you on crafting a special and unique piece especially made for you!
I have 5 slots available for each month. Once the slots are filled, they will reopen once I finish the first 5 custom pieces. I want to ensure that all my focus is directed on human to human interaction and with the combination of collections, I can only allow 5 slots each month!
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your custom spot. This deposit will go towards your custom piece. Once you secure your spot I will email you the following business day to get started on the design of your custom piece!
Once you approve your design and we feel it’s ready to be crafted, a 75% payment is required so I can cover the cost of materials for your piece! When your piece is finished and approved, before shipment, the remaining amount will be due.
Customs currently have a 6-8 week turnaround time once your design is finalized! This timeline helps me not rush your piece and to truly put all my heart and soul into it! (Depending on your stones selected, this timeline may be longer due to customs in New York for Opals and Diamonds).
