In the form please include if you are interested in a ring, bracelet/cuff, necklace, charm, anklet, or hair accessory. Jewelry gift sets are also available for customs!
Please allow up to one week for the piece to begin its forging journey in my studio! Once you submit the form below, I will respond to your email within 24 hours with stone options, more in depth questions, and any recommendations I may have. All pieces will be drawn and need to be approved before I start hand forging the piece. I do require the piece to be purchased fully before I start hand making your special design!

Please include which precious metal you prefer, which stones you would like to be part of your piece (if you would like turquoise and have a specific mine in mind, please let me know! I have almost all mines in stock at all times!)
Let me know if there are any specific elements you would like to accent the piece I.e- flowers, butterflies, dots, twists, etc.
If there is a design I have done in the past that you would like to like custom made, please let me know in the comment section which one you have in mind!
