PROCESSING TIMES

MADE TO ORDER PIECES - Processing times for MTO items are 7-14 business days however, I love to get pieces started as soon as the order is placed to get them to you as soon as possible!‪‪ ❤︎‬

ONE OF A KIND PIECES - I like to give each piece a final polish so these pieces will be processed within 3 business days! If you ordered a “finish in your size” or “finish as a pendant or ring” piece, please allow up to 7 days for the piece to be completed, packaged, and shipped out!

SHIPPING

Once your order is processed you will receive an email with the tracking number and an estimated delivery date according to the service you chose! Please be aware that processing time is not integrated with the shipping option chosen. Processing time still apply to each order.

If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier selected at checkout. Once the package is dropped off it is out of my control. Each package comes with insurance for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact me at charne@metalmaidenjewelry.com and I can help you with the process or any additional information you may need for your claim!!

International orders/customers are responsible to pay any taxes or customs that your country requires.

RETURNS

All collection pieces are final sale. If you have difficulty with your ring size, bracelet/cuff size, or necklace length, please email me at charne@metalmaidenjewelry.com and I would love to help you in finding the perfect size!

Made to order pieces have a 7 day return policy. Customer is responsible for any return shipping. Once I have received and processed your returned items and they are in original condition, you will receive a refund!

I am more than happy to replace a piece with a new one on a case by case basis. Please email me if you experience any issues with the piece/pieces you ordered!
