About two times a month I whip up one of a kind pieces for collection releases! Each piece is uniquely different and one of a kind. You can find the dates & times of collection releases on my social media pages or the top of my website on the homepage!

Every other month I create made to order designs that stay on the website until my stock (usually stones) runs out. My made to order pieces are generally released with the one of a kind collections! Please allow up to 14 days for me to craft your unique piece and get it shipped out to you!

I do and its on the house!! Most of my rings are made specifically for ring resizing options. Each ring listing will state if the ring can or cannot be resized!

If you see a ring you love and want it resized, leave me a note at checkout or email me at charne@metalmaidenjewelry.com with your preferred ring size!

I do and it’s free as well! If you see a necklace and would like an option to have an extender soldered on, leave me a note at checkout with your preferred inches. I can do up to 4 inches.

I do! I offer 5 slots a month on customs. Customs always take priority so these pieces I start immediately and generally have a 2 week turn around time! If you’d like more info click HERE!

I will not recreate a piece another jeweler has created! All pieces will be created between me and you with our unique style combined!

One of a kind pieces ship within 7 business days allowing me time to give it a final polish and package it with love before sending it off to you!

Made to order // pre-order pieces ship between 14-16 business days. All of my pieces are completely hand forged, meaning I melt my own silver and roll them into sheet & wire so the process takes a bit longer than sourcing these materials from reputable suppliers. When you place a made to order or pre-order order, I like to get started on it immediately so I can get it out to you as soon as possible!

Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email. Please be aware that processing time is not integrated with the shipping option chosen. Processing time still applies to each order! I offer USPS Ground and Priority. You will receive an estimated delivery date once you place your order. Once your package is dropped off, its out of my hands but I always keep an eye out on everyone’s tracking and ensure the flow is accurate! All packages come with insurance!

At checkout, you only have one shipping option and that is DHL Express. This allows you to pay taxes and duties ahead of time so there are no holds during the shipment process! However, some regions require additional taxes to be paid by the customer and in order to receive your package, they must be paid ahead of time!

I do not accept returns at this time. If you have issues with your order/sizing please email me and ill do my best to accommodate!
