Once a month I whip up handmade one of a kind pieces. There are normally around 20-40 pieces in these collections. They are unique and exactly that, one of a kind!

Every season I create made to order designs that stay on the website until my stock (usually stones) runs out. My made to order pieces are generally released with the one of a kind collections!

The day before the drop I will have previews with sizing and measurements/weight on my Instagram stories as well!

Some of my pieces tend to go quickly so I recommend hopping on my website a few minutes before the drop to snag the piece your heart is set on! If you see a piece from a previous collection and it has sold, reach out to me as I offer customs!

I do and its on the house!! Most of my rings are made specifically for ring resizing options. Each ring listing will state if the ring can or cannot be resized!

If you see a ring you love and want it resized, leave me a note at checkout or email me at charne@metalmaidenjewelry.com with your preferred ring size!

I do and it’s free as well! If you see a necklace and would like an option to have an extender soldered on, leave me a note at checkout with your preferred inches. I can do up to 4 inches.

I do!! It will be listed on my story previews on instagram, also in each listing title & details section! Please leave me a note at checkout for your desired ring size or I will email you inquiring on your perfect size after the order is placed!

I do! I offer 5 slots a month on customs. Customs always take priority so these pieces I start immediately and generally have a 2 week turn around time! If you’d like more info click HERE!

I will not recreate a piece another jeweler has created! All pieces will be created between me and you with our unique style combined!

One of a kind pieces ship within 7 business days allowing me time to give it a final polish and package it with love before sending it off to you!

Made to order // pre-order pieces ship between 2-3 weeks. All of my pieces are completely hand forged, meaning I melt my own silver and roll them into sheet & wire so the process takes a bit longer than sourcing these materials from reputable suppliers. When you place a made to order or pre-order order, I like to get started on it immediately so I can get it out to you as soon as possible!

Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email. Please be aware that processing time is not integrated with the shipping option chosen. Processing time still applies to each order!

I offer a few options! The main option is flat $5 priority USPS shipping. I also offer UPS ground!

Yes! Every package that leaves my studio has insurance included. I keep an eye on tracking of each order as well and if you notice your package hasn’t moved for a few days, contact me IMMEDIATELY and I can help you in filing a claim! I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages but can help you in receiving a claim for any lost & stolen packages!

I strictly only work with pieces I have personally made myself. Most jewelers offer repairs so please reach out to the original artist with any issues you may have!
